BLEW UP

5/02/2011: I suppose this has little to do with what I usually write about and you don't need me to tell you how hot it has been the last few days. For the first time in about twelve years I have had one of my home brews blow up. Blew the bum out of one of the bottles of a batch of Bavarian style wheat beers I had made. A very nice drop if I do say so myself. The only thing is I can't decide which is best of the last three batches of beer I have made out of a English Bitter, a Scottish Ale and the Wheat so I have made them equal first place winners,

Did you know that if you use the Coopers Wheat, nowhere on the can does it say that it has any wheat in the list of ingredients.
